| How do I write a review? |
Writing a review on alehigado.com is as easy as composing
an email.
- Select the product category and the sub-category.
- Click on it and the brand names will appear. Choose the one you want to
write about.
- Now click on 'Write Your Review' and begin writing.
- When you have finished, click on the 'submit review' button.

| Are there any rules and regulations to follow? |
There are no specific rules to follow. But we would like
to give you a few tips. When your review is well written, more readers will
read and rate it. These few tips will help you write a better quality review.
- Keep your review informative - it must be more than 200 words.
- The language must not be offensive or abusive.
- Your review must be honest and based on your experiences.
- Write well. Check your grammar and punctuation.
- You can write only one review on a product. But you can choose any number of
products to write about.

| How can I modify a review that I've already written? |
|
If you wish to change/edit/modify any part of a review
that you have written, it's easy to do so. Go to your My TrustSquare page click on
' My Review'. On this page you will see a list of all the reviews you have written.
Click on the title of the review you want to modify. When the review appears,
you can make your changes on the page. And then click on the 'submit review'
button at the end of the review.

| How long does it take to post my review? |
|
It happens immediately. As soon as you submit it, your
review is posted. And now everyone can read about your experiences. You can
write on as many different products as you like. There's no limit. ( But,
remember you can write only one review on a product.) All your reviews will be
posted as soon as you submit them.

| How will I know if my reviews are read or rated? |
|
It's exciting to know that people are reading what you've written. To check how
many people have read what you've written, or how they have rated your review,
go to your Personal Profile. Click on 'Profile' and then click on your
review title. There you will find the list of people who have read and rated
your review.

| How do I find information about a product or service I am looking for? |
|
If you're thinking about buying a product, check what
other people have experienced before you make a buying decision. You can type a
specific product or service name in the 'Search' box and click on 'GO'. Or you
can also check our Product Page which acts as a detailed map.

| What if I can't find a review for a specific product? |
|
If you're looking for reviews on a specific product or
service, and you can't find anything, all you do is request for it. Go to the
Product Page, find the 'Request a Review' box. Click here and add your request.
Your request will join the list of requested reviews. Very soon, some other
member will respond and write in on that product.

| How do I rate a review? |
|
|
When you finish reading a review, you will find a panel
at the bottom of the page, asking you to rate this review. Choose the option
that best reflects what you think about this review.

| How do I post a comment on any review? |
|
As a member of alehigado.com, you get the advantage of not only writing and
reading reviews, but also commenting on them. Just click on the 'Post a
Comment' button and begin commenting.
