I am very pleased with this phone. Within a short amount of time I knew where everything was on the phone and how to access it. The Samsung D500 responds very well and doesn't delay on anything - I am normally too quick for technology and find that phones, computers, menus etc have to catch up with me.
Text messages are easy to write and the predictive text works very well. It's also handy that you can select more than one recipient. The bluetooth connectivity works a treat and mp3's transfer with no problems at all.
The camera works well, perhaps the best that I have seen, but as with all phones don't expect this to replace your digital camera. The flash is a nice touch and works well at close ranges.
My only gripe really is the extremely rubbish headphones. The mp3 player works really well and is quite intuitive, but the headphones are so poor that I doubt I'll ever use it as an mp3 player. As yet I haven't found a way of connecting my current buds to the phone - shame this as it really lets it down in my opinion. Fingers crossed some nice person will find out and let me know where to get something so I can.
All in all a great phone though despite the shockingly bad headphones.
